WilliamsburgSold to Eagle, Colorado
This very handsome young gelding is a Plum Creek Hollow home-bred. He is by the successful Grand Prix dressage stallion,
Weltissimo (Welt Hit ll/Barsoi xx) and out of our imported Cordeur mare, Gabrice.
Weltissimo (please see him on this website under "Stallions") was owned by PCH until 2008, where
he bred many mares at the Pape Stallion Station in northern Germany,
and then competed competed very successfully at the Grand Prix
level in top company under the saddle of Hubertus Schmidt.
He is currently competing with his new owner.
Williamsburg is a good mover, has excellent conformation, a
beautiful type and should mature at about 16+h.
He will be started under saddle in summer, 2010. His pedigree says he
should be a dressage horse, but after a few turns in the free
jumping chute, we could see that he shows promise as a nice
hunter prospect as well.
Williamsburg is one of those lucky horses who got to grow up
running around big open pastures at the base of the Colorado
Rocky Mountains, playing with other horses his age and splashing
in the cool running water of Plum Creek.
He has had excellent care from the beginning, including regularly scheduled
trimming,
worming and vaccinations.
